The eMedQue application is specifically designed to support medical students in their preparation for university theory examinations. As the first of its kind, it aims to assist students during a notably stressful period of their academic journey. Traditionally, medical students compile questions from previous years to create a focused and organized study schedule.

How do these questions facilitate exam preparation? Medical science is an extensive and complex discipline, requiring thorough reading of recommended textbooks for a comprehensive understanding. However, as exams approach, revisiting past questions enables students to identify and review the most frequently tested topics, thereby enhancing their revision process.

This application provides access to a collection of university questions spanning the last 32 years, from 1990 to April 2022. All subject-specific questions are systematically sorted by chapter and page number according to standard reference texts. Moreover, the app tracks the frequency of each question’s appearance, providing valuable insight into patterns of repeated topics. Users have the flexibility to sort and filter questions based on their individual study needs.

An integrated performance dashboard allows students to monitor their progress visually through graphical representations. The app also permits users to add personal notes to each question, with an option for Google Drive synchronization to facilitate easy access and retrieval.

Currently, this application is available for Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University’s MBBS question papers across all years—First Year, Second Year, Pre-final, and Final Year. We are committed to refining the app further by incorporating questions from other universities in upcoming updates.
